Описание:	La Raze, an old, large country house, surrounded by trees, is 6 km from Moncarret. It is on the outskirts, in a secluded position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. It has a natural state grounds of 1 ha and a park of 8 000 m2. There is an angular swimming pool (above ground) with privacy (4 x 7 m, depth 130 - 130 cm, 01.06.-30.09.).Table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue (swing) also belong to the house. In the house there is solarium, billiards table, washing machine. Parking is by the house in an individual garage.Shop is 6 km, supermarket 15 km, café 6 km, public bathing area 8 km.
